Over time, sludge forms at the bottom of every pond, for example, from leaves, food residues or fish excretions. These waste products can trigger putrefaction processes – the water becomes cloudy, smells unpleasant and the water body can be damaged.

With Söll TeichFit® (pond sludge remover), you can rid your garden pond of organic sludge and deposits – easily and completely without a sludge vacuum cleaner.

Detailed description

Söll TeichFit® works in two ways – with active oxygen and clear water bacteria – and lasts up to 8 weeks.

Component A (mineral):
Reduces organic pond sludge. The special mineral combination actively oxidizes the sediment layer and breaks it down. At the same time, heavy metals, substances dangerous to fish, and phosphates (algae nutrients) are bound. Foul odors are immediately neutralized.

Component B (biological):
Highly active bacteria ensure clear, healthy pond water. They reliably break down sludge, dead algae, plant residues, leaves, and fish toxins.

Expert tip

Application and dosage recommendation:
Premix both components separately with water, stir well, and distribute evenly over the pond with a watering can.

For optimal results, apply at a water temperature of at least 8 °C. Turn off UV lamps during application and for 48 hours afterward.

Dosage per 1,000 liters of pond water:
45 g Component A + 5 g Component B
In case of heavy sludge accumulation, double the dosage is recommended.
