Area of application:

Highly concentrated liquid pH reducer according to DIN 19643 with 14.9% sulfuric acid is used for permanent reduction of pH value and to stabilize swimming pool water.

• dosing can be done directly from the delivery container
• Suitable for all pool types (foil, concrete, GRP, etc.) and automatic dosing systems with disinfection systems such as chlorine or saltwater systems

Product description:

The pH reducer is safe to handle and does not attack materials. No chloride contamination. Contains no hydrochloric acid.

Information on setting the pH value:

• the ideal pH value is between 7.0 - 7.4
• when refilling or topping up the pool (especially at the start of the season), natural carbonic acid is present in the water
• when the pool is circulated or the pool water is heated, this escapes and thus affects the pH value
• if the pH value is too high, this negatively affects the effectiveness of chlorine
• the effective action of flocculant also depends on a correctly set pH value
• after refilling or topping up the pool, the pH value should be measured every 2 days (e.g. with our Mini-Pooltester)
• after approx. 1-2 weeks, the pH value should remain stable
