BWT Winter Protection ideally prepares pool water for the winter season and prevents the build-up of limescale and algae. This ensures your pool is quickly ready for use again in the new swimming season. Using BWT Winter Protection saves you unnecessary cleaning work in the spring. Please follow the label instructions and always keep water care products securely closed and out of reach of children.
Application
If the pool water temperature consistently drops below 15°C, it's time to winterize the pool. The water level should be lowered to below the built-in components (maintaining a safety margin of approximately 10 cm to these components in case of ice formation). Then add BWT Winter Protection according to the package instructions. Please note: BWT Winter Protection is not an antifreeze and cannot prevent ice formation.

BWT recommends the following per 10 m³ depending on the water hardness.
0 - 6°dH➔ 400 ml
12dH➔ 500 ml
13-18°dH➔ 600 ml
