BWT Winter Protection ideally prepares pool water for the winter season and prevents limescale and algae from settling. This means the swimming pool is quickly ready for use again in the new swimming season.

By using BWT Winter Protection, you save yourself unnecessary cleaning work in spring. Please observe the label instructions and always keep water care products securely closed and out of reach of children.

Application

When the water temperature of the pool consistently drops below 15°C, it's time to winterize the pool. The water should be lowered below the built-in parts (a safety distance of approx. 10 cm should be maintained from internal built-in parts in case of ice formation).

Then add BWT Winter Protection according to the package instructions. Please note: BWT Winter Protection is not an antifreeze and cannot prevent ice formation.

Dosage

• 0–6 °dH ➔ 400 ml per 10 m³
• 12 °dH ➔ 500 ml per 10 m³
• 13–18 °dH ➔ 600 ml per 10 m³
